Optional Services
These additional services are offered for an added charge:
- Removal and disposal of your existing mattress and/or box spring: $65
- Relocation of an existing mattress to a different room: $55
- Deliveries (or pickups) outside of the standard service window of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m, or when any specific time is requested within a several-hour daytime delivery window: $65
- Saturday deliveries or pickups: $85
- Sunday deliveries or pickups: $135
- Holiday deliveries or pickups: $150
- Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Deliveries: White Glove delivery service is available. Call for pricing.

Other Terms and Charges, if applicable
- Receiving Deliveries: An adult 18 years or older is needed to receive, accept and sign for deliveries.
- Special Delivery Locations: Shipments to (or originating from) hotels, hospitals, conventions, trade-shows, military bases and/or government-secured facilities will incur an additional charge of $65 for each delivery or pickup, plus an accumulated waiting time charge, if any.
- Incorrect Address and/or Address Correction provided by Customer: $20
- Stair Carry further than 2nd level up or down: $20 per each additional level of stair carry
- Unusual Tolls or Charge (for example, ferry boats to islands, etc.): As incurred
- Waiting time: After 15 minutes, a charge for additional wait time may be charged at rate of $20 for each additional 15 minutes or portion thereof
- Temporary Storage Service: $25 for in/out handling per item + storage charge of $6 per day or portion thereof
- Failed Attempted Delivery, No-Shows, Order or Delivery Cancellation and/or Lack of Authorized Signer: Customer will be liable for, and will be invoiced for, the full shipping and delivery costs incurred by NightCare.
