RAPID DELIVERY: Depending on your region, your scheduled delivery will be within 2 - 6 days of the shipping date from our Manufacturing Center.

CONVENIENT SCHEDULING and TRACKING: Our dedicated website ScheduleMyDelivery.com and our White Glove team make scheduling and coordinating your delivery easy and efficient.

SCHEDULED DELIVERIES: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m - 6 p.m local time where services are to be performed (excluding holidays). NON-STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES, including on weekends or holidays, may be scheduled for an extra charge (see Optional Service, below).

Optional Services

Additional services are offered for an added charge. Call Customer Service, 1-800-245-1132, if you would like to add and schedule any of these additional services:

• Removal and disposal of your existing mattress and/or box spring
• Relocation of an existing mattress to a different room

Special Scheduling:

• Deliveries (or pickups) outside of the standard service window of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m, or when any specific time is requested within a several-hour daytime delivery window
• Saturday deliveries or pickups
• Sunday deliveries or pickups
• Holiday deliveries or pickups
