Tracking your order is easy and convenient with NightCare.
When your order is received at NightCare, we will send you and email with information about the scheduling of your delivery, along with a special TRACKING NUMBER, and a link to an order tracking website.
You can track your order using the tracking website, or call our CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-800-245-1132 for your order status and delivery information. Mattresses and Mattress Sets:

You'll be able to track your order shipment, and if needed, request changes in your delivery schedule. Smaller Orders (pillows, sheets and bedding, etc.) Orders for smaller items are shipped via UPS. Track your order shipment at UPS.com.
